Life for Shaun ain’t been no crystal stair… his road to success was not direct and was filled with curves called failure and loops called confusion, but he kept climbing.

Shaun’s collegiate journey began in 1996, two years later he would fail out of school with a 1.7 gpa. Sixteen years later the college drop out now holds a Masters degree in Education and is a college professor.

Shaun transitioned out of the Army in 2006, he went from Staff Sergeant Murphy to unemployed Shaun. He went from essential personnel in mission critical operations to a broken Veteran with no vision or goals, and stuck in a victim mindset. Despite his challenges he experienced his RALLY!

Years later, as an advocate for Veterans, Shaun was recognized by Michelle Obama for leading a Veteran initiative at Teach For America.

Today, Shaun owns several very successful businesses, released motivational music, and has collaborated with top curriculum experts to develop an online personal development curriculum designed to Wake The Beast inside of you.
