Shaun’s time in the military and his curiosity for culture have taken him around the globe, with still so much more to see. He has many successes in life, but despite them all, it starts and ends with his family. Lititz, Pennsylvania, is home for the Murphy’s: Shaun, wife Cherise, daughter Violet, and son Max. Shaun & Cherise have been happily married for ten years.

Living altruistic lives, this power couple is driven by the phrase: “What that impact do”? Shaun’s focuses are education, impacting youth, young professionals & Veterans. Cherise’s focus is on impact in medicine!

Cherise is the founder of “Patient’s R Waiting,” a non-profit focused on increasing diversity in medicine.
They both believe the key to continued success is giving. They give their time and talents to individuals, groups, and organizations to ensure they create awareness around inequalities in blacks communities and create opportunities for those who otherwise wouldn’t have.
